Cookie and Local-Storage Policy
Effective date: 16 August 2026
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Version: 3.2
This policy applies to hudood.com and the Hudood web application pages. "Cookies" includes browser cookies and similar local-storage technologies.
1. What Hudood uses
Hudood uses technologies that are necessary to:
- maintain secure sign-in and session state;
- remember language, display, consent, or accessibility choices;
- protect forms and APIs from abuse;
- preserve limited application state such as a pending route; and
- diagnose failures and measure service performance through Sentry, with default PII transmission disabled in Hudood's configuration.
Embedded third-party content, including TradingView charts, may set or access storage under that provider's controls and policies.
2. No advertising tracking at initial launch
Hudood does not use third-party advertising cookies or sell cross-site behavioral profiles at initial launch. If advertising or non-essential analytics are introduced, Hudood will update this policy and provide consent controls where required before activation.
Users in the EEA and the United Kingdom. Hudood is not offered in those territories - see the Privacy Policy, section 7B - but where the rules nonetheless apply: the ePrivacy Directive as implemented locally, and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, require consent before storing or reading anything on your device that is not strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. Everything Hudood stores today is strictly necessary in that sense: session and authentication state, security and abuse-prevention tokens, and your own display and language choices. Hudood therefore does not show a consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
3. Your controls
You can block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in, security, language, or other core functions from working. Mobile operating-system privacy controls may separately govern SDK/device identifiers.
