Hudood's initial finance hub is a free market-information interface. It is not a trading platform, broker, exchange, portfolio manager, tax adviser, legal adviser, or individualized investment-advisory service.

1. No Shariah verdict at initial launch

Hudood does not publish HALAL, HARAM, Shariah-compliant, non-compliant, purity, debt-ratio, or purification verdicts for stocks or crypto at initial launch. Any compliance area shown as deferred is not a verdict and must not be interpreted as one.

Future Shariah-screening features require a separate release with documented evidence, governance, regulatory review, and updated disclosures. A future classification would still be informational and time-sensitive; it would not guarantee religious acceptance, investment suitability, or financial performance.

2. No recommendation or solicitation

Prices, charts, lists, search results, portfolio calculations, watchlists, news-like discussion, and community posts do not constitute:

• a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid a security or cryptoasset;
• a research report, personalized suitability assessment, or promise of returns;
• an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction; or
• a substitute for checking an exchange, issuer filing, regulated professional, tax adviser, or qualified religious authority.

Hudood does not currently offer a registered research-analyst service. User posts are the speakers' own content and are not adopted or verified by Hudood.

3. Data sources and attribution

Hudood may display or derive market information from:

• TradingView charts or widgets;
• Yahoo Finance market data;
• CoinGecko cryptocurrency data; and
• ExchangeRate-API / ER API currency rates.

Charts powered by TradingView. Cryptocurrency data powered by CoinGecko. Provider names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

Hudood displays results inside its user interface and does not claim ownership of, sell, or redistribute raw provider data. Provider terms, licenses, attribution requirements, exchange rules, and availability continue to apply. A source may be replaced or disabled if Hudood lacks the required rights or the source becomes unreliable.

4. Delay, error, and corporate actions

Data may be delayed, stale, rounded, converted, adjusted, unavailable, incorrectly mapped, or affected by splits, dividends, symbol changes, delistings, exchange holidays, illiquidity, network failures, and provider corrections. A chart or displayed price may differ from an executable market price. Currency conversion is indicative.

Always verify the symbol, venue, timestamp, currency, units, and current primary-source record before making a decision.

5. Crypto risk

Cryptoassets can be extremely volatile, illiquid, technically vulnerable, or unlawful or restricted in some jurisdictions. Custody, key loss, protocol changes, smart-contract defects, market manipulation, tax treatment, and regulatory action can cause total loss. Hudood does not hold keys, execute trades, or guarantee an asset's status.

6. Portfolios and community content

Portfolio and watchlist tools are organizational aids. They may omit fees, tax, dividends, corporate actions, slippage, or current conversion rates. Community statements may be inaccurate, promotional, conflicted, or fraudulent. Do not transfer money, credentials, or assets based on a user message.
