Data Processing and Sub-Processor Register
Effective date: 16 August 2026
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Version: 3.1
Hudood uses service providers to operate the community, authentication, notifications, diagnostics, translation, market-data, and support functions. Providers process only the data needed for their role and remain subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
1. Active launch providers
| Provider | Purpose | Typical data | Processing location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Application hosting, MySQL database, blob/media storage, translation, networking and monitoring | Account, content, media, messages, reports, technical logs; text sent for translation | Primary Hudood resources configured in Central India; Microsoft support/telemetry may use approved global operations |
| Google Firebase | Authentication identity and mobile application services | Email, account/provider identifier, authentication/session and device information | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| OneSignal | Push notifications | Hudood account reference, push token, device/app metadata and notification interaction | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| Sentry | Crash, error and performance diagnostics | Error stack, route, device/app metadata, performance traces; default PII transmission is disabled by Hudood configuration | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| TradingView | Embedded market charts/widgets | Instrument requested and browser/device/network data handled by the embedded service | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| Yahoo Finance | Market-data source where configured | Instrument identifiers and server request metadata | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| CoinGecko | Cryptocurrency market-data source | Asset identifiers and server request metadata | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| ExchangeRate-API / ER API | Currency conversion rates | Currency pair and server request metadata | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| Hudood email host and Gmail | Support, grievance, legal and operational email | Message contents, addresses, attachments and delivery metadata | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| Google Play | Android app distribution and store operations | Store account, installation, diagnostic and review data controlled by Google | Provider-managed infrastructure |
| Apple (Sign in with Apple and the App Store) | Optional sign-in on iPhone and iOS app distribution and store operations | If you use Sign in with Apple: Apple's identifier for your Apple ID, your name (the first time only), and your email address or an Apple private-relay address; Hudood keeps an encrypted Apple token only so that it can revoke Hudood's access to your Apple ID when you delete your account. Store account, installation, diagnostic and review data are controlled by Apple | Provider-managed infrastructure |
2. Inactive or future providers
| Provider | Status at initial launch |
|---|---|
| RevenueCat | The free-launch app does not initialize the purchase SDK or offer new paid plans. RevenueCat retains the pre-existing Play catalogue, customer and transaction history and may continue to process or reflect renewals for subscriptions purchased before new sales were disabled. New sales may be activated only with updated terms and store disclosures. |
| Amazon Web Services | Planned backup/recovery target, not an active initial-launch data processor. This register must be updated before production data is sent there. |
3. Changes and safeguards
Hudood uses access restrictions, environment-separated credentials, transport encryption, deletion workflows, and provider-contract review appropriate to each role. Some providers may engage their own subprocessors. Hudood will update this register before materially changing an active processing purpose or adding a provider that handles new categories of personal data.
