Subscription, Billing and Refund Policy

1. No new subscription sales at initial launch

New purchases, paid subscriptions, upgrades, trials, and Premium activation are unavailable in the initial-launch release. Profile completion creates a deferred Premium reservation only; it does not grant or activate Premium now.

Hudood does not offer a new Premium subscription, paid plan, free trial that converts to payment, or in-app purchase through this release. Hudood does not collect payment-card details directly.

Completing a profile may record eligibility for a possible future Premium benefit. It does not activate Premium, start a trial, create a purchase, guarantee a launch date, or authorize a future charge. No payment method will be charged automatically from that eligibility record.

2. Existing Google Play subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play before new sales were disabled are not automatically cancelled. They keep their existing renewal settings and may continue to renew and charge through Google Play until the subscriber cancels. Subscribers can review or cancel them at Google Play subscriptions.

Cancellation and refund requests for a Google Play transaction are subject to applicable law and Google Play's processes and purchase terms. For help with an existing Hudood subscription or a charge you do not recognize, email support@hudood.com with the subject Subscription Help and also contact Google Play through the order or subscription record. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

3. Future paid service

Before any paid feature is activated, Hudood will publish the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, store/payment processor, refund route, taxes, and effect of cancellation. Users will have to take an affirmative purchase step under the then-current terms. Profile-completion eligibility alone will never authorize billing.
